What is Manual Therapy?
Manual therapy is hands-on care that treats the body as an integrated system, supporting how muscles, joints, nerves, organs, and circulation work together to improve alignment and function. Treatment helps regulate the nervous system, reduce the impact of injury-related stress and trauma, and support the body’s natural healing process. When the body’s “gears” are aligned and moving in synchrony, movement is optimal. This approach addresses the root causes of pain rather than simply treating symptoms.

Think of the body like a complex network of roads: when one area is injured or restricted, the body creates a detour to keep moving, but traffic slows. Manual therapy helps clear these blockages, improving stability and allowing the body to function more efficiently, recover more fully, and maintain long-term resilience. This therapy supports individuals at every stage of life, from newborns with digestive or postural concerns to children, teens, and adults of all genders managing pain, tension, or functional challenges.

Pri Reddy, DPT, PRPC
Manual & Pelvic Physical Therapist
I am a clinician and a mother, raising toddler twins and a teenager, giving me both professional and personal insight into how the body adapts to change and stress.
When pain or dysfunction persists without clear answers, it’s often because the body is treated in fragments rather than as a whole. I am a board-certified therapist with advanced training in manual and pelvic physical therapy. Along with my specialized training, I have a deep understanding of human physiology and how the body’s systems overlap. I am able to feel intricate structures and work through layers of tissue, down to the specific nerves, to identify and address the true source of dysfunction.

By restoring alignment, improving ease of movement, and resetting an overactive nervous system, this work can help even the most treatment-resistant diagnoses. Many patients come after exhausting other options, seeking clarity, answers, and lasting relief, and often find a path forward here.

With over 23 years of experience and ongoing advanced training, I provide a specialized, results-driven approach that is rare and highly effective.
